Our Mission

We believe every business deserves the same marketing intelligence that was previously only available to those who could afford a team. That is what we are building.

For most of business history, the ability to understand your audience and act on that understanding has been unevenly distributed. Large companies hire research firms, run focus groups, employ strategists, and field marketing departments. Everyone else operates on intuition, imitation, and hope.

That gap is not a talent gap. It is an access gap. The knowledge exists. The frameworks exist. The methods exist. They were just never made accessible to the bakery owner, the independent retailer, the agency running three client campaigns simultaneously, or the creator monetizing their audience for the first time.

What we are building

DayClerk is built around a single premise: that behavioral simulation — the ability to model how a specific audience will think, feel, and act before a campaign launches — should not require a research contract or a marketing department. It should require a campaign brief and ten minutes.

From that simulation, we generate the campaign: landing page, email copy, social posts — each one calibrated to how that audience actually behaves, not how a generic template assumes they will. And once the campaign is live, the Page Optimizer and Daily Briefing keep it improving without requiring your daily attention.

The 81% of businesses that cannot afford a marketing team deserve the same starting line as the ones that can.

Who we are building for

Our users are business owners who are exceptional at what they do and need a reliable operator handling the marketing side. The bakery owner perfecting a recipe. The retailer curating a seasonal collection. The agency principal managing five client relationships at once. The affiliate creator launching a new product partnership.

None of them have time to become marketing experts. None of them should have to.

The name, and what it means

We named this tool after the historical day clerk — the trusted operator in shops, hotels, and merchant houses who handled the front of house while the owner focused on the craft. That operator understood the customers, managed the promotions, noticed patterns, and kept the business moving.

That is the role we are filling. Not replacing the owner. Not automating the craft. Handling the operator work so the owner can focus on what they do best.

How we measure success

We measure success in one direction: are our users spending less time on marketing and getting better results from it? If a Growth Engine user can launch a campaign in under 15 minutes that would have taken them a full day to piece together — that is the mission working.

We are not building a research tool. We are not building an analytics platform. We are building the always-on operator that every independent business deserves but rarely gets.
